Towed my daughters 2013 BMW X3 there in October. The car kept stalling and the check engine light came on. Linden went through the car and gave me his professional opinion. It was not the news that I wanted to hear. He said that there was a really good chance that the car wood need a new engine. The car did have 145k miles on it. He also mentioned that this was a very unreliable engine. He finished the work in February, longer than we both had hoped. However, parts were very had to get and took a long time. His prices are very fair especially for his knowledge of European cars. Linden was very polite and kept me in the loop the whole time. His shop is a little farther than I would like to go, but his expertise and service is worth it.

I really hate leaving bad reviews but I have no choice with this place after all this time and money wasted. I bought a car from here and was scammed out of a detail, which was confirmed twice in person and I followed up SEVEN TIMES through text as apart of the deal since the car was extremely dirty when purchased from sitting for months. I tried driving out, paying extra to have the detailer come to me and was open to other solutions and I was either ignored or kept getting the date pushed back so they didn’t have to give a detail even though I planned on tipping both of them very well. I tried making this persons job EXTREMELY simple and they still couldn’t figure it out and ended up completely ghosting me.
I was quoted $2500 for a job that takes 7 hours (that’s $357/h) which is insane compared to the other shops who gave me quotes. I paid less than half for this at another shop and it turned out perfect. The oil was changed by Unload Fleet and Auto Services when I purchased the car and when I had to get it emptied before the job I ended up doing elsewhere, it was extremely difficult for them to get the oil cap off as this place stripped it and destroyed the plug when putting it back in after they changed the oil. Not sure if that was on purpose or if the person changing the oil was new. The car has extremely broken AC (which I couldn’t test as it was 45 out when I purchased) and some other somewhat small issues but that is expected with a used car.
If your looking for a car to purchase, this is 100% NOT the place to do that as the mechanical quality of cars they allow in the showroom is not very good. If you want a job done, I can’t speak on their quality of work or prices for other project types but it seems they will charge you atleast double what any other shop would. I’m sure I might get a response discrediting my review, but this is all logged through text and emails with the others fixing the vehicle I bought from here. The employees seem great and probably do good work but whoever runs this ‘business’ scammed me and probably many others over small things, be careful.
