"A few weeks ago, we had the pleasure of dining at Ailaa in Boston. The authentic Newari and Nepali cuisine was an absolute delight, and the warm, inviting ambience truly made us feel at home. The staff provided exceptional service, adding to the wonderful experience. After years of craving, we finally savoured their buff Choila and Sukuti—both were as incredible as we remembered. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning someday to relive this unforgettable meal!"

I recently dined at Ailaa Himalayan Bar and Grill in Stoneham, MA, and had a mixed experience. The pork thali, goat thali, and chicken thukpa were authentically prepared, though the rice seemed reheated and lacked flavor. The virgin mango and strawberry mojitos were refreshing.
The restaurant’s dark-themed interior, complemented by excellent lighting and décor, created an intriguing ambiance. They host live music featuring Nepali, Indian, and various other artists, making it a versatile venue for parties. Additionally, there’s a bar with limited seating and drink options.
Despite some shortcomings, I would recommend trying Ailaa Himalayan Bar and Grill for its authentic dishes and unique atmosphere. For more information

I’m glad to hop in at Ailaa for dinner . As it was so much hyped up, the experience was totally worth it. We ordered Fokso ( my favorite) , Ailaa Nanglo buff set , Chatamari with eggs on top
. Every dish was delicious taste like the authentic Newari cuisine. The ambience made me feel home & the service was fast and welcoming . I would certainly recommend this place 10/10

The buff appetizer was great, and you should try it if you haven’t had Himalayan food before. We loved every dish, and the portions were huge!
