These guys have some of the best pastries I have ever had. Totally worth going for the churros alone! No longer bringing doughnuts to work moving onto the good stuff!

I stopped by here because I wanted to try something different. I honestly didn't know this place existed until I accidentally found it on Google maps. This is a small Mexican bakery across the street from Winn-Dixie.
The surface here is very friendly, the lady speaks a very small amount of English but she was very friendly and incredibly helpful. There was a huge selection of pastries and they all looked so delicious. I had a difficult time choosing. There's also a small refrigerated case that had some flan and other cakes like a lemon cake.
I ended up getting several pastries and two of their refrigerated cakes, and they were also delicious. I will definitely go back, in my opinion, the best dessert that I had there was the cake with flan on top. I highly recommend it.

Did not have what we had in Mexico. Large variety and quantity. We stopped by later and some were sold out. Authentic looking. The employee did not speak English. Not a problem. We knew a little and she had a translator on her phone. Also have Mexican drinks.

We are overjoyed to have discovered La Espiga while exiting the Winn Dixie parking lot off Honeysuckle. Pastry, bread, and many more items. The store has the wonderful smell of making bread the old fashioned style.

Tried for the first time today and LOVED it. If you don’t know what their items are, just ask them so you know what to expect. Nothing we got was overly sweet. Also, the beef empanadas were fantastic and the pork tamales were delicious (added some of their green sauce for a nice kick). Very friendly and helpful staff, and surprisingly reasonable prices. I wish I didn’t live so close, I’m going to be visiting very often.
