Me and my two sisters stop in the shop to check it out. The little guy working there was the sweetest person . He was so helpful with everything we ask. If places had more people working for them like him, they would have a lot more customers. He made our visit really pleasant. He was just great and deserves recognition. There are hundreds of cigars in the humidor that are dried out and ruined. The humidifier has dried scum in it and has not worked in the humidor for months.
When I mentioned this to the counter person he just shrugged. There must simply be no interest in maintaining this business by the ownership.
I would go elsewhere for usable cigars.

This has got to be one of the best tobacco shops in town. In my opinion. The other one being out of town on sandridge but this one definitely is right up there with that one. And the lady behind the counter was pleasant and didn't hover or make me feel rushed and I really appreciated that. The one in swansboro by the laundromat isn't too bad but my only complaint has to be the that. The dude that works there makes you feel rushed and hovers around you the whole time. You're trying to just look around. Always trying to point stuff out for you to get like he's trying to rush you out of a store or something because almost everything he always pulls out or points out. Thinking I want is not what I'm trying to get. He's not even patient nor helpful when I look at Vapes. It's ridiculous so going to this one was a breath of fresh air. Keep up the good work over there! And I will spread the word!

I'm out of town and needed something to get me through the week (small glass bowl is what I was in search of). While I was asking to see pieces, the guy seemed annoyed like I was wasting his time. I apologize for not wanting any high priced pieces. In my opinion, the pieces I looked at were overly priced, but I chalked it up to "Beach tax". I found a nice piece that I'll actually use on a regular, but the experience was very unwelcoming. I gave the extra star because I found something I wanted to purchase.

I've been here 3 times and each experience was worse than the last. The employees don't bother ringing up the items and just made up the price on the spot when I pulled cash out of my pocket. Most recently, the guy behind the counter tried charging me 150% what I paid the week before (which was also over-priced and likely went into his pocket) and had the audacity to hold up a tip jar like he did me a favor by already trying to rob me once. Do Not Go Here. Go to Crystal Coast Vapors, the woman there is amazing and her prices are great.
