I placed an order on November 27 (not my first time ordering from the company) I knew due to thanksgiving would be slower shipping but they sent me an email a week and a half ago that my order was refunded due to product out and I still haven’t gotten my refund and they are not answering my emails or calls. I will definitely Never order from them again and highly recommend you don’t either unless you want to lose your money.

I bought 4 vapes online. It took 5 days for them to take the product off the shelf and put it in a box to ship. Now 3 days later the label has been created but has not been given to a carrier yet. I have sent 2 emails and no response. If your smart enough to read reviews before you buy, DONT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE THROUGH THEM! Customer service means everything now a days and they have none!

2nd Update: So they sent me an email with a pretty good promotion code so I thought I would give them another try. Of course the exact same thing ended up happening. I had a very simple order of two vapes and it’s been a few weeks now and still they still have not arrived. I’ve tried to write them to ask about the order and I get nothing in reply at all from this company. Let me see if I can leave this on 0 stars. I can’t leave 0 stars. It makes me choose one, but just know if there was an option for zero they would definitely get it.
Update: Once I left this review they contacted me. They assured me the 2 vapes would be there by the 6th. It’s the 9th now and still no vapes. They could have literally drive them to me in about 2 1/2 hours lol. Instead now it’s been weeks without my product.
Bad customer service and still did not receive my order. It’s been a few weeks since I ordered just 2 disposable vapes and still haven’t received the items. There’s no tracking info or updates. It has just said awaiting shipment for the past 2-3 weeks. I emailed customer service 2 times for sure, maybe 3 times but I forget. I haven’t gotten a single response from them at all. I will never shop here again. And I advise anyone reading this to not buy from here.

These guys were at Warrensburg Garage Sale this past weekend. They were salesmen but charming and knowledgeable just the same. Totally sold us on their glycerin filled glassware.

I'm giving these guys a 5 star review! They were out of stock on my regular vapes. They gave me a substitution for them. The substitution was not too my liking. So, they are refunding my order. I appreciate this so much!!!!
